Charles Coulombe — Gary Potter and His Milieu

This talk might well be titled, “The Life of a Faithful Catholic Through the Eyes of a Faithful Friend.” For those who knew the recently deceased Gary Potter, or read his sage articles sprinkled like gems throughout decades worth of Catholic periodicals, to hear his story told by no less a man than Mr. Charles Coulombe, author of The Pope’s Legion and over a dozen other titles, is a priceless experience. An important witness to a large portion of the 20^th Century, Gary Potter towers as an intellectual giant for whom the Catholic Faith was the great reality of life, and one which, according to Mr. Coulombe, “he gave himself up to serve in any capacity he could.”
