Theme: Looking Toward a Catholic America
Title: When We Take Power
By Mr. Gary Potter
This talk is about the American Revolution and the debate over whether it should be considered a true revolution or more of a civil war, given the large number of Loyalists who supported the British monarchy. It discusses how many Americans at the time were more familiar and comfortable with monarchy than republicanism. He then relates this history to speculation about what form of government Catholics might favor if they became a majority in the US.
An overview of Catholic polity as applied to the Modern American situation.
